In my classes, I introduce a lot of students to the world of publishing in WordPress. This series is designed to give entry level information to people who are starting to learn the process of publishing in WordPress, both pages and blog posts.
There is a lot to know about WordPress. It is a powerful publication platform that is used by about 65% of the websites hosted on a Content Management System. But with the power of the platform comes a learning curve, especially for the very beginner. The articles I post to this series are designed to help the very beginner to understand where to start and what to do.
One of the Items you need to know is that you will need to have some type of hosting set up for your WordPress site. We use Bluehost as our provider for our domains and our WordPress sites.
